Exegistics Resource Solutions has partnered with a leading advanced materials manufacturing company to support operations at a state-of-the-art industrial facility. This facility plays a critical role in the production of rare earth materials used in modern technologies, including electric vehicles, renewable energy, and electronics.
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
Facility Custodian to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. This position is essential to supporting daily operations and ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards across the site.
Shift & Pay:- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Hours: 6:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
- Overtime opportunities may be available
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of offices, restrooms, break areas, and production spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove waste throughout the facility
- Maintain cleanliness of high-traffic and high-touch areas
- Restock supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials
- Follow all safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Support special cleaning projects as needed
Qualifications:- Previous custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent schedule
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed (up to 2550 lbs)
- Comfortable working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
