What You'll Do as a Custodian:- Actively engages in communication and asks questions as needed
- Empty waste containers liners throughout the facility to ensure containers are free and ready to use
- Refill supplies as needed throughout the production area
- Practices personal safety and respect equipment??
- Understands how to complete all paperwork?
- Knows Redzone and communicates with other shifts/ departments/managers several times during a shift?
- Understands different types of cleans (water to water, water to cream, etc.)?
- Actively engages in communication with Maintenance and asks questions as needed?
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment??
- Work collaboratively with other members of the production team to meet production goals
What You Need to Bring to the Custodian Role:- Working knowledge of food safety, personal hygiene, and the proper use of GMP apparel.?
- Strong knowledge of food processing equipment, including mixers, blenders, and scales??
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills??
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills??
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment??
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation, and stand for extended periods of time??
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
