REPORTS TO Supervisor
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT 8-hr 12-month employment with benefits as specified in the Classified Agreement
QUALIFICATIONS
• Highly motivated • Able to multitask • Must be able to lift and/or move 10 lbs. routinely • Must be able to lift and/or move 25 lbs. regularly • Must be able to lift and/or move 50 lbs. to 75 lbs. occasionally • Must be able to climb step ladders • Must have the ability to add and subtract and to perform these operations using weight measurement, volume, and distance
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Provides students and staff with a safe, attractive, comfortable, and clean environment. Empties trash. Washes windows inside and outside. Secures building each day. Maintains lawn. Shovels snow and remove debris from sidewalks. Orders and maintains supplies.
OSHA compliant. Maybe required to obtain a Pesticide User License. Complies with School Board Policies and Regulations.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Participates in professional development activities. Presents and communicates in a professional manner. Performs other duties as assigned by Principal or Supervisor.
