Job Description
Custodial Maintenance Worker Full-Time Monday - Friday 300 pm - 1100 pm School Year from Mid August - Mid June 700 am - 300 pm Summer Late June - Mid August 12-month position
The successful candidate must have practical knowledge, experience, and skill in general custodial building and facility maintenance. Must be a team player, dependable, and passionate about maintaining a clean and safe environment for the Ashford School community.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Daily cleaning of the facility • Heavy lifting • Indoor and outdoor grounds care, including snow removal • Landscaping • Building maintenance and repairs • Use of hand tools and power equipment • Use of specialized cleaning products
Physical stamina is necessary, as frequent bending, lifting, and reaching are common to this position.
Wages and benefits per current MEUI agreement. Work hours may be subject to change based on the needs of Ashford School.
