About the Role:Butler & Butler Enterprises LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Custodial Janitor Supervisor to lead our cleaning operations in Harrisburg, PA. Responsibilities:- Supervise, train, and schedule custodial staff to ensure efficient daily operations
- Inspect facilities to verify cleanliness standards and compliance with sanitation protocols
- Assign cleaning tasks and manage workloads across multiple areas or shifts
- Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and janitorial materials
- Perform hands-on custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and trash removal as needed
- Address and resolve facility maintenance or cleanliness issues in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to OSHA safety standards and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
Requirements:- Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance required
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safe chemical handling procedures
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and motivate a team
