Custodial Floor Technician

$20/hour | Weekly Pay | Full-Time Evening Position | Benefits

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday | 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

Specialty floor and carpet care duties include:

• Bonneting carpets
• Carpet extraction and deep cleaning
• Stripping and waxing floors
• Burnishing floors
• Scrubbing tiled floors
• Interior window cleaning

Additional janitorial responsibilities include:

• General cleaning and sanitizing
• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Restroom cleaning and restocking
• Dusting and trash removal
• Maintaining the cleanliness of common areas and offices

Qualifications

• Previous floor care experience required
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Ability to work independently
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation
