Help Great Teachers Grow
As our Curriculum Director, you’ll:
- Coach and encourage teachers across all age groups, helping them build on their strengths.
- Participate in selecting and hiring passionate educators.
- Partner with the leadership team to create welcoming, engaging onboarding experiences.
- Conduct classroom observations and offer practical feedback to support the delivery of our research-informed Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Help teachers confidently use our exclusive digital curriculum platform.
