Job Title: Curam Developer

Key Responsibilities
Assume significant delivery responsibilities to support technical development and act as the on-site point of contact for technical issues.
Collaborate closely with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development.
Lead functional and detailed requirement development, code development, and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.
Execute functional and detailed design, and perform life cycle management for implementations.
Drive business and workflow process modeling, and business reengineering using C ram.
Utilize COTS C ram Enterprise Framework Components, C ram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), C ram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), Oracle, XML technology, Subversion, and WebSphere.
Required Skills
Curam V6 Certified Developer.
3+ years of social enterprise management experience.
3+ years of experience as a C ram Developer managing the full life cycle from requirements through functional design and testing.
3+ years of development experience with Curam Enterprise Framework, C ram Solution Modules, IEG2, and CERT.
3+ years of technical knowledge in web application programming (Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, XSL, Eclipse, HTML, CSS, SOAP, WSDL).
3+ years of experience using Oracle and Subversion.
Proven ability to translate highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools.
Experience with JavaScript and IBM WebSphere.
Previous State Government experience.
