Curam Developer – Hybrid in Durham, NC

Key Responsibilities

• Assume significant delivery responsibilities to support ongoing development for project implementation.

• Assist in the development and implementation of enterprise systems utilizing C ram Software.

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for development-related questions and issues.

• Collaborate closely with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development challenges, potentially acting as a senior technical developer.

• Drive functional and detailed requirement development, code development, and Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions.

• Execute functional and detailed design, and manage the life cycle for system implementation.

• Perform business and workflow process modeling, as well as business reengineering using C ram.

• Work extensively with COTS C ram Enterprise Framework Components, C ram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), C ram Express Rules for Triage (CERT), Oracle, XML technology, C ram Evidence Framework, Subversion, and WebSphere.

• Provide regular status reports to project management and ensure adherence to agency policies and procedures.

Required Skills

• C ram V6 Certified Developer.

• 3+ years of social enterprise management experience.

• 3+ years as a C ram Developer, engaging in the full life cycle from requirements through functional design and testing.

• 3+ years of development experience with both the C ram Enterprise Framework and C ram Solution Modules.

• 3+ years of experience in problem identification and technical integration for issue resolution.

• 3+ years of experience translating highly technical concepts to both IT personnel and business users.

• 3+ years of experience creating technical documentation using MS Office (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• 3+ years of experience utilizing C ram IEG2 and CERT components.

• 3+ years of experience working with Oracle and Subversion.

• 3+ years of technical knowledge in web application programming: Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, and XSL.

• 3+ years of technical knowledge in Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL).

• Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and execute complex, detailed technical procedures.

• Strong customer relationship skills with a demonstrated sense of urgency and independent problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools.

• Familiarity with JavaScript and IBM WebSphere.

• Previous experience working within State Government environments.
