What You’ll Do:

• Lead shifts and oversee day-to-day operations
• Coach and develop team members to achieve their best
• Deliver excellent guest service with every interaction
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Manage labor and food costs effectively
• Help foster a culture of positivity, teamwork, and accountability

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership experience (restaurant or retail preferred)
• Ability to inspire, support, and hold others accountable
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Guest-first mindset with a hands-on, can-do attitude
