Culver’s Restaurant Shift Manager, Full-Time
Pay: $17–$23/hr · Weekly pay
Leadership starts at $17/hr, and experienced shift leaders may start at a higher tier. From there, your pay grows as you move up our management track and take on more responsibility in the store.
Schedule: Full-time, rotating opening, mid, and closing shifts (including weekends)

You’ll run the restaurant during your shift, from the front counter and drive-thru to the kitchen, coach your team, and make sure every guest gets a meal worth coming back for.

What you’ll do...
- Lead shifts: people, food quality, speed and cleanliness
- Coach and develop your team, and set the example yourself
- Handle guest concerns, cash procedures and food-safety checks
- Work with the store leadership team on daily goals
What we’re looking for...
- 1+ year leading shifts in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting
- Calm under pressure, and makes decisions on the spot
- Open, mid, and close availability, including weekends
- Ready to learn the Culver’s way and grow with us!
