Pay: $13–$16/hr · Weekly pay, Schedule: 3:00 PM – close (about 11:30 PM weeknights, 12:30 AM Fri/Sat)

Pay Full-time starts at $13/hr. Closing, peak-hour and weekend shifts earn extra, and you get raises every 90 days for your first 18 months. That's how our closers reach the top of the range!
Schedule 3:00 PM to close, 4–5 nights a week, including weekends

What you'll do...
- Cook made-to-order meals
- Keep your station clean, stocked and food-safe
- Close the kitchen properly at the end of the night
- Work with a reliable closing crew
What we're looking for...
- Dependable, with reliable transportation for late shifts
- Kitchen or closing experience is a plus but not required. We'll train you the Culver's way!
- A willingness to learn and receive feedback
- 18+ (required for late-night hours)
