In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard. While folks can vividly recall the first time they bit into a ButterBurger or tasted a scoop of rich, creamy Fresh Frozen Custard, it’s our way of welcoming guests that truly makes Culver’s delicious.

If you enjoy preparing delicious food, staying active in a fast-paced environment, and working alongside a supportive crew, we'd love to meet you. As a True Blue Crew member, you'll learn new skills, build experience, and help serve the great food and hospitality our guests know and love.

Morning person, mid-day go-getter, or night owl? We've got a shift for you! We're hiring for all parts of the day, with opportunities for daytime, mid-day, and evening/closing shifts. Whether you're an early bird or prefer working later, there's a place for you on our team!

What you'll do in the restaurant:

• Cook and prepare delicious Culver's food
• Keep your kitchen area clean, stocked, and ready to go
• Work with your team to get orders out right and on time
• Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
• Be part of creating a great guest experience — even from behind the scenes!
