We're seeking a Culture & Teammate Experience Program Enablement Manager to lead the interpretation and translation of enterprise listening data into actionable insights that inform strategy, enhance organizational effectiveness, and elevate the teammate experience across Advocate Health.

In this highly collaborative role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders across the organization, transforming complex feedback and experience data into compelling narratives that guide decision-making and help shape the future of our culture.

About This Opportunity

The Culture & Teammate Experience Program Enablement Manager plays a critical role in advancing Advocate Health's teammate listening strategy. This position leads the synthesis and interpretation of enterprise survey data, focus group feedback, and other listening channels to identify key themes, opportunities, and risks impacting the teammate experience.

Working closely with HR Centers of Excellence, Operations, Nursing, Learning & Development, Benefits, and executive leadership, you'll develop meaningful insights that inform enterprise priorities while establishing consistent approaches to data interpretation, storytelling, and reporting.

You'll combine analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to help leaders understand what teammates are experiencing and where the organization can create the greatest impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead analysis of enterprise listening data across surveys, focus groups, and other feedback channels to identify trends, themes, opportunities, and risks.
• Integrate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable enterprise-level insights and recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and visual storytelling materials that communicate complex findings with clarity and impact.
• Create and maintain frameworks, standards, and methodologies for interpreting and communicating teammate experience data consistently across the enterprise.
• Partner with HR, Operations, Nursing, Benefits, Learning & Development, and other stakeholders to provide insight-driven guidance and consultation.
• Synthesize internal findings with external research, benchmarking, and industry trends to inform culture and teammate experience strategies.
• Ensure consistency in how survey results and experience data are communicated across the organization.
• Continuously improve insight generation, reporting practices, and storytelling approaches to maximize organizational impact.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by translating data into meaningful guidance that supports strategic decision-making.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Five or more years of experience in employee experience, analytics, consulting, organizational effectiveness, program management, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of employee experience frameworks, engagement drivers, organizational culture, and listening strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex qualitative and quantitative data into actionable business insights.
• Advanced presentation, storytelling, and data visualization skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standards of data integrity and ethics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise listening platforms such as Perceptyx, Qualtrics, or similar survey technologies.
• Experience presenting findings and recommendations to executive leadership teams and governance committees.
• Experience synthesizing large-scale employee listening and survey data.
• Strong proficiency with dashboarding, reporting, and data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with external benchmarking methodologies and workforce research.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or other large, matrixed organizations.
