Scope of the Role
  • Serveasastrategiccommunicationsadvisortoexecutiveleadership,drivingorganizationalalignment,leadershipvisibility,andemployeeengagement.
  • Developandexecuteexecutiveandenterprisecommunicationstrategiesthatsupportbusinessgoals,strengthenculture,andinspireaction.
  • Createanddeliverimpactfulcommunications,includingleadershipmessaging,presentations,TownHalls,strategicupdates,andexecutivebriefings.
  • Leadinternalcommunicationsprograms,governance,andchannelstrategiestoensureconsistent,effectivecommunicationacrosstheorganization.
  • PartnerwithHumanResourcesandOrganizationalDevelopmenttoassessemployeesentimentandadvanceengagement,culture,andemployerbrandinitiatives.
  • Leadcommunicationstrategiesfororganizationalchange,includingacquisitions,transformations,restructures,andmajorbusinessinitiatives.
  • Overseecommunicationchannels,measureeffectivenessthroughanalyticsandKPIs,andproviderecommendationstoimproveengagementandreach.
  • LeadcrisisandoperationalcommunicationswhilemodelingandpromotingATSMission,Vision,Values,andAll-EmployeeCompetencies.

Skillset for Success

  • Bachelor'sdegreerequired;equivalentcombinationofeducationandexperienceconsidered.
  • 8+yearsofprogressivecommunicationsexperience,includingexecutivecommunications,internalcommunications,andorganizationalchangecommunications.
  • Provensuccesspartneringwithseniorleaderstodevelopstrategicmessagingthatalignsemployeeswithbusinessobjectives,culture,andtransformationinitiatives.
  • Experienceleadingcommunicationsforcomplexorganizationalchange,includingacquisitions,restructures,technologyimplementations,andenterprise-wideinitiatives.
  • Exceptionalwriting,storytelling,consulting,stakeholdermanagement,andpresentationskills,withtheabilitytosimplifycomplextopicsandinspireaction.
  • Strongprojectmanagementcapabilitieswithatrackrecordofmanagingmultiplepriorities,influencingcross-functionalpartners,anddeliveringresultsinafast-pacedenvironment.
  • Experiencecommunicatingwithdiverseemployeepopulationsacrossmultiplelocations,functions,workenvironments,andgeographies;transportationandlogisticsindustryexperiencepreferred.
  • Data-drivencommunicatorwithexperiencemeasuringengagementandcommunicationeffectivenessthroughanalytics,surveys,andKPIs;proficientinMicrosoftOfficeandcommittedtoATSvalues,withoccasionaltravelasneeded

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation will be market-competitive and aligned with the scope and impact of the role. Candidates meeting the position qualifications, compensation details will be discussed openly during the screening process, base salary range for this role is $90,000.00 - $120,000.00; base salary offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
