    Job Title: Cultural Broker Family Advocate Supervisor

    About the Role
    The Cultural Broker Family Advocate Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, and oversight to Cultural Brokers and Family Advocates serving children, youth, adults, and families. This role promotes culturally responsive, family-driven, and community-based services that support positive outcomes and strengthen engagement in care. The Supervisor serves as a liaison between families, community partners, and service providers while ensuring quality service delivery, staff development, and program compliance.

    Responsibilities
    · Provide supervision, coaching, and support to Cultural Brokers, Family Advocates, and assigned program staff
    · Promote culturally responsive and family-centered service delivery practices
    · Support staff in engaging families and connecting clients to community resources and support systems
    · Monitor program activities to ensure compliance with agency, contract, and licensing requirements
    · Conduct regular supervision meetings, case reviews, and staff development activities
    · Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training program staff
    · Support family engagement efforts and ensure services are responsive to the cultural, linguistic, and community needs of clients
    · Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, healthcare providers, and local stakeholders
    · Monitor program documentation, service delivery, and data collection requirements
    · Review outcomes and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
    · Assist with quality assurance activities, audits, and reporting requirements
    · Participate in program planning, development, and community outreach activities
    · Help resolve client, family, and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner
    · Facilitate team meetings and encourage collaboration among multidisciplinary teams
    · Perform additional duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications
    · Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Family Studies, Behavioral Health, Education, or a related field
    · Minimum of three years of experience working with children, youth, adults, and families in community-based, behavioral health, social services, education, or related settings
    · Experience providing supervision, coaching, mentoring, or team leadership
    · Strong knowledge of community resources and family support systems
    · Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
    · Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and communities
    · Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
    · Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active automobile insurance

    Preferred Qualifications
    · Experience working as a Family Advocate, Cultural Broker, Community Health Worker, Case Manager, or similar role
    · Bilingual or multilingual abilities strongly preferred
    · Experience supporting underserved, culturally diverse, or historically marginalized populations
    · Experience with family preservation, child welfare, behavioral health, or community-based programs
    · Knowledge of trauma-informed, strengths-based, and family-centered service models
