Cultivation Technician I (Flower Team)Massachusetts | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Starting $19/hrVangarden is seeking a Cultivation Technician I to join our Flower Team within the Cultivation department. This is a hands-on, full-time role supporting daily cultivation operations and ensuring plant health and productivity throughout the growth cycle.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, detail-oriented work and is interested in growing within a fast-paced cultivation environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cultivation tasks including transplanting, trellising, pruning, harvesting, trimming, and plant propagationAssist with irrigation and fertigation processes, including filling nutrient stock tanksConduct routine room checks and monitor plant health, reporting any pests, diseases, or abnormalitiesApply biological controls and pesticides in accordance with company and state regulationsMaintain clean, sanitized, and organized workspacesProcess plant waste and support overall facility cleanlinessIdentify and report equipment issues to managementQualificationsHigh attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating proceduresStrong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work in hot, humid environmentsComfortable with physical labor, including standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using laddersStrong communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyAbility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced settingPrior cannabis or cultivation experience is a plus, but not requiredThis is a great opportunity to join a growing team where your day-to-day work directly contributes to the success of the cultivation process.
