Daily responsibilities may include:Assigning and delegating daily tasks to Cultivation Technicians based on production schedules and prioritiesMonitoring team productivity, work quality, and task completionEnsuring cultivation rooms, workspaces, equipment, and machinery remain clean, sanitized, and organizedConducting daily room and plant health checks and reporting pest, pathogen, disease, or other plant health concernsEnsuring accurate completion of cultivation records, production logs, timekeeping, and KPI documentationMaintaining accurate records related to plant growth, harvests, trimming, cloning, transplanting, pesticide and biological control applications, green waste, and task completionReporting damaged, faulty, or malfunctioning equipment to the Facilities TeamEnsuring team members follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and applicable state and regulatory requirementsAssisting with the creation, revision, implementation, and enforcement of departmental SOPsSupporting the training and development of Cultivation TechniciansMaintaining proficiency in METRC and ensuring team members are properly trained on required track-and-trace proceduresProviding coaching and constructive feedback to team membersAssisting with performance evaluations and addressing performance, attendance, or work quality concerns with the Cultivation ManagerMaintaining adequate supplies and materials needed to meet production goalsSupporting a positive, respectful, and productive team environmentTeamwork, leadership, attention to detail, and consistency are important parts of this role.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for an experienced cannabis cultivation professional who is ready to take on a leadership role and help guide a team in a fast-paced production environment.Ideal Candidates Have:2+ years of professional cannabis cultivation experience1–2 years of supervisory or management experience preferredExperience leading a team of approximately 10+ employeesStrong knowledge of commercial cannabis cultivation practicesProficiency with METRC or other cannabis track-and-trace systemsStrong understanding of safety, compliance, and regulatory requirementsExperience with quality control and production standardsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesAbility to provide clear, respectful direction and constructive feedbackAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environmentRequired state/local cannabis worker or agent licensureAbility to occasionally work weekends based on production needsPhysical RequirementsThis is an active, hands-on position.
