They perform inventory, uphold HACCP standards, and ensure cleanliness of all kitchen areas and equipment.
The role requires culinary training or experience in high-volume settings, knowledge of menu offerings, and food safety certification.
Must be physically capable of lifting 50lbs, standing for long periods, and working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Pay ranges from $18-$26/hour, with a focus on safe work practices and adherence to safety policies.
