Crawford Hospitality is seeking an experienced, passionate Culinary Director to join our growing restaurant group.
Working closely with Chef/Owner Scott Crawford, this individual will play a key role in shaping the culinary vision of our restaurants, fostering creativity, maintaining exceptional standards, and leading culinary operations across multiple distinct concepts, with exciting new projects on the horizon.
We are looking for a collaborative, forward-thinking leader who brings both creativity and operational expertise to the table. Someone who understands the importance of preserving each restaurant's unique identity while continuing to elevate the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate directly with Chef Scott Crawford and our restaurant chefs on menu development, culinary innovation, and the creative direction of each concept.
Oversee day-to-day culinary operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence.
Mentor, develop, and inspire executive chefs and culinary teams, building a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, execution, and kitchen operations.
Drive operational efficiency through thoughtful food cost management, purchasing, inventory, and labor oversight.
Support the development, planning, and successful launch of future restaurant concepts.
Foster strong relationships with local farmers, purveyors, and suppliers, emphasizing exceptional ingredients and thoughtful sourcing.
Balance culinary creativity with the financial and operational responsibilities of a growing hospitality group.
