Acting as Cubic's embedded collective training domain specialist, the role provides the vital link between the customer environment and Cubic's UK Training business, ensuring customer priorities, emerging requirements, market developments and future opportunities are identified, understood and effectively communicated.
The position is responsible for maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the operational, organisational and strategic factors shaping the future of collective training, including evolving capability requirements, training methodologies, future programmes and wider defence developments.
