Description

Everett Public Schools is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the implementation of its CTI Culinary Arts adult-training program. The Program Manager will coordinate program operations, employer engagement, participant placement opportunities, partnership development, data management, and grant-related reporting. The Program Manager is required to be on-site for the first hour of every scheduled class day during the cohort period.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, workforce development, business administration, program management, or a related field preferred.
• In lieu of a Bachelor''s degree, a current Chapter 74 teaching license will be accepted.
• Experience coordinating educational, workforce-development, career-training, or grant-funded programs.
• Experience developing partnerships with employers, community organizations, or workforce-development agencies.
• Strong organizational, communication, data-management, and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple program components, partners, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency with digital recordkeeping and data-management systems.
• Ability and willingness to learn and maintain participant records in CTI's Apricot system.
• Availability to provide on-site supervision during the first hour of each instructional day and complete additional administrative work outside instructional hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and day-to-day coordination of the CTI Culinary Arts program.
• Provide on-site supervision during the first hour of each instructional day.
• Coordinate program schedules, instructional activities, participant supports, and communication among instructors, administrators, and program partners.
• Monitor grant spending and ensure appropriate tracking of funds.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employers and industry partners.
• Identify and coordinate internships, work-based learning experiences, interviews, and employment-placement opportunities for participants.
• Collaborate with MassHire partners on recruitment, case-management, career-readiness, and job-placement partners to support participant enrollment, retention, completion, and employment.
• Maintain accurate and timely participant records in CTI's Apricot data-management system.
• Track participant attendance, progress, credential attainment, program completion, and employment outcomes.
• Complete required program documentation, data entry, grant reporting, and outcome monitoring.
• Ensure that program activities and records comply with CTI grant requirements and established program expectations.
• Dedicate additional weekly administrative time to program coordination, reporting, communication, and partnership development.
• Participate in required meetings, trainings, and program-planning activities.
• Complete other program-related responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Career and Technical Education.

Compensation

The Program Manager will be compensated at a rate of $40.00 per hour for up to 112 hours, with maximum total compensation of $4,480 over the cohort period. This is a grant-funded position (Career Technical Initiative; Commonwealth Corporation), and hours are contingent upon program enrollment, scheduling, continued grant funding, and successful completion of assigned responsibilities.
