What You’ll Do:

• Operate Siemens and GE CT scanners (Force, S3000, Sequoia) in a fast-paced ED setting
• Perform routine CT procedures for a diverse patient population including infants to geriatrics
• Handle modalities such as trauma, stroke, abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstructions
• Collaborate with a team of 4–5 techs on day shifts and 2–3 techs on evenings
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
• Document and process imaging data efficiently and accurately

What You Need:
Required:

• ARRT(R)(CT) certification
• BLS certification
• At least 2 years of inpatient and ER CT experience, including Siemens scanners
• Knowledge of trauma protocols and fast-paced ED procedures
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume environment

Preferred:

• Experience with outpatient imaging, IV starts, PACS, contrast, and Visage system
• Familiarity with Siemens Force, S3000, and Sequoia equipment

About the Assignment:
This position is based in the emergency department of a leading facility in Charlotte, NC, performing routine and trauma-related imaging for a complex patient population. The unit operates on a very fast-paced schedule with a high volume of scans, consistently handling 150–200 scans per day across multiple rooms. The CT tech will be integral to supporting critical care, stroke, and trauma cases with a team of skilled technologists.

Additional Details:

• No RTO before booking; all start dates are tentative based on onboarding schedules
• Weekend schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday with no RTO
• No call or float requirement
• Candidate availability for orientation and flexible start is essential; candidates must be fully available from the start date
