    Get to Know Your Team: 

    • UT Health Henderson features 41 operational beds, a 24-hour ED, designated as a Level IV trauma center and Level III stroke center with surgical suites, advanced diagnostic technology, a maternity unit, cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, and an AASM-accredited sleep center.
    Responsibilities:
    • Performs CT studies/ procedures for patients of all ages (neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric) utilizing ionizing radiation and treatment of disease.
    • Functions under the general supervision of the CT supervisor and in cooperation with the radiologists.
    • This position is subject to overtime and call back as required by the hospital.
    Qualifications:

    Job Requirements:  

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Associate degree in Radiography from an accredited college.
    • Upon completion of an accredited radiology program, the employee will have 90 days to become ARRT registered and licensed through the Texas Medical Board. 
    • BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

    Preferred Job Requirements:  

    • 2 years as a Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist.
    • CT Experience.
