Partner with store management to create and implement a department business plan to achieve desired result
Share knowledge of upcoming specials with department associates
Monitor and control expenses for the department
Assist store management in preparing the store/department budget, profit and loss reviews, and take
appropriate action on all financial reports
Plan, organize and supervise the inventory process; Maintain awareness of inventory/stocking conditions; note any discrepancies
Responsible for fuel delivery and documentation of fuel inventory
Follow opening and closing procedures for Fuel center
Perform cashier functions including, opening/closing register, ringing sales, completing tender transactions, till maintenance and money drops according to company policy
Promote safety by reinforcing programs, complying with safety procedures and reporting unsafe conditions to management
Maintain state, local and company compliance reports and logs
Complete incident and security reports
Maintain spill kits, clean-up spills and submit Fuel Spill Report on fuel website
Maintain knowledge of emergency plans numbers and procedures
Notify management of customer or employee accidents
Maintain security of kiosk, coolers, merchandising equipment, dispensers, and fuel tanks according to company policy
Report all safety risks, or issues, and illegal activity, including: robbery, theft or fraud
Practice preventive maintenance by properly inspecting equipment and notify appropriate personnel of any items in need of repair
Stock and inventory merchandise in kiosks
Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the kiosk and all equipment related to the fuel center
