We're seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Support Representatives. In this role, you'll meet with clients virtually, answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide exceptional service while building lasting relationships.

No previous insurance experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom.

• Provide outstanding customer service and client support.

• Explain available life and supplemental health benefit options.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Maintain accurate client information and follow-up documentation.

• Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership development.

• Build long-term relationships through exceptional service.
