About the Role:
B-SAFE INSURANCE INC is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in West Palm Beach, FL! In this role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our agency, helping clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence and care. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love helping people, we want to hear from you!



Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Assist clients with policy questions, coverage explanations, and general account management
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
• Quote and bind new personal and/or commercial insurance policies as needed
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation within agency management systems
• Support producers and agents with administrative tasks and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License or 2-20 General Lines License (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with computer systems and agency management software
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the West Palm Beach market
• Positive, client-first attitude with a team-player mindset
