Customer Sales & Service Representative — Insurance

We’re looking for an experienced Customer Sales & Service Representative to join a well-established leader in the insurance industry!

If you’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, building relationships, and turning a great customer experience into a long-term client relationship, this could be a great fit for you.

In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for clients and prospective customers. You’ll answer questions, provide quotes, identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell, and help new customers through the initial sales process. You’ll also keep client records and activity organized and up to date.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance
• Active Arkansas Property & Casualty License required
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based or client-facing sales environment
• A friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• AMS experience is a plus
• Someone who is organized, dependable, and takes pride in providing an excellent client experience
