What You'll Do
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with scheduling and inquiries
• Book appointments and update records in our scheduling system
• Provide a warm, professional experience on every customer interaction
• Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with the dispatch and service team to coordinate schedules
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For
• Friendly, upbeat personality with excellent phone communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Comfortable with scheduling software and computer systems
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Prior customer service experience preferred (home services is a plus)
