We are now seeking a Customer Service Representative. If You are/have:
- Customer service experience with a strong focus on providing an exceptional customer experience; previous call-center experience preferred.
- Service-oriented, professional, and confident in handling customer questions and concerns.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, calm, and professional demeanor.
- Skilled in scheduling and coordinating service appointments and communicating effectively with customers, technicians, and team members.
- Comfortable assisting with contracts, payments, maintenance renewals, customer follow-ups, reports, and other administrative duties, as well as identifying opportunities to recommend and sell additional products and services.
- Dependable team player who supports technicians, supervisors, and fellow CSRs while consistently following company policies, procedures, and direction.
- HVAC or plumbing experience a plus! Experience using Service Titan also a plus!
