What You'll Do:

? Track and trace air import shipments

? Enter and update shipment information in company systems

? Review and process import documentation

? Communicate shipment updates to customers and internal teams

? Research and resolve shipment discrepancies

? Maintain accurate records, files, and reports

? Support billing, administrative, and customer service tasks

? Prioritize daily workload and meet service deadlines

? Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company procedures

What We're Looking For:

? Data entry, clerical, customer service, or logistics experience preferred

? Strong computer and organizational skills
