Position: Team Member / Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Age Requirement: 16+

Key Responsibilities

• Take customer orders in‑person and by phone
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system
• Handle cash, cards, and provide correct change
• Greet customers and provide excellent service
• Assist with pizza making (limited tasks for minors)
• Help with cleaning, dishwashing, and lobby upkeep
• Support the team during busy shifts
