Responsibilities

Customer Support: Handle incoming calls and emails, providing accurate policy information and resolving customer inquiries in both English and Spanish.


Policy Management: Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and contingency resolutions to ensure seamless coverage.


Sales Support: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell products based on individual client needs.


Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the agency management system.


Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and satisfaction.


Requirements

Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).


Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software quickly.


Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a "customer-first" mentality.


Licensing: Ability to obtain or currently hold a Property & Casualty insurance license.
