Metz Air Control is a fast-growing, family-founded HVAC company. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated
Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing HVAC & Plumbing team. This position is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in daily operations.
Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments
· Must be comfortable calling our customers to advertise services
· Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
· Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules
· Enter and update customer information accurately
· Process service requests, invoices, and follow-ups
· Communicate effectively with technicians and management
Qualifications:
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Basic computer and data entry skills
· HVAC or plumbing office experience preferred (but not required)
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
