Customer Service RepresentativeÂ
Monday-Saturday, 7am-3pm
Pay: $16.50
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Sales: Greet customers warmly, provide polite and expedient service, handle questions, and process transactions using kiosk.
- Order Intake and Processing: Inspect garments for stains, damages, or items in pockets and customer preferences. Tag, sort, and log items into the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Order Assembly and Pickup: Organize finished garments, check orders for accuracy, rack onto conveyor, and assist customers with pickup.
- Kiosk Maintenance: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized workspace ensuring customer supplies are readily available.
- Communication: Coordinate with the main production facility regarding customer requests and potential delays.
Qualifications and Skills
