CSB Division Director- Behavioral Health Outpatient Adult Services

The Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB) is seeking an experienced, visionary senior-level administrator to lead one of the region's largest behavioral health outpatient and case management service areas. In this leadership role, you will: Lead a comprehensive behavioral health outpatient and case management program serving approximately 3,500 individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and developmental disabilities.

The Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB) is seeking an experienced, visionary senior-level administrator to lead one of the region's largest behavioral health outpatient and case management service areas. In this leadership role, you will:

• Lead a comprehensive behavioral health outpatient and case management program serving approximately 3,500 individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and developmental disabilities.
• Provide strategic leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary workforce of approximately 130 professionals, including licensed professional counselors, social workers, and clinical staff.
• Direct major systemwide initiatives and collaborate across service areas to strengthen integrated, person-centered care.
• Provide senior clinical consultation and administrative oversight for complex, high-profile cases and program operations.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with County agencies, community organizations, regional and state stakeholders, governing boards, and advisory committees.
• Ensure excellence in quality, compliance, and performance by overseeing program utilization, quality improvement, Electronic Health Record (EHR) monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead strategic planning efforts to implement best practices, meet evolving regulatory requirements, and achieve agency performance goals.
• Manage a multi-million-dollar operating budget, ensuring responsible stewardship of public resources while maximizing service impact.
• Evaluate program effectiveness, identify opportunities for innovation, and implement solutions that enhance access, quality, and outcomes.
