JOB SUMMARY

A Cryogenic Service Coordinator who will be responsible for processing service calls from customers and the sales team, and maintaining the schedules of Service Techs within an assigned territory. The ideal candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office. The position will report in to the Director of Cryogenic Services and will be based in Irving, TX.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling the daily activities of assigned Service Techs such as site surveys, repairs, tank removals, and inspections.Work must be planned efficiently to ensure timely responses and minimal miles traveled between jobs.

Ensures all necessary customer account and equipment information is maintained in our electronic database - BGMS.Trains new Service Techs on the use of BGMS to track all Service work.

Monitors and updates the daily telemetry report, which is used to track readings that are not functioning properly.

Maintain timesheets for Service Techs.

Codes invoices and sets up any new vendors.

Processes paperwork for pressure vessel permits.

Tracks training requirements for all Service Techs

Support of routine corporate reports such as quarterly cylinder inventories and cylinder utilization.

Must be an organized self-starter with good communication skills.

Processes billable tank inspections and repairs.

Perform other projects and duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or GED required; College or Technical degree preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role

Strong interpersonal skills

Good communication and writing skills

Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment, and under some pressure to meet deadlines

COMPUTER SKILLS

Requires computer proficiency including but not limited toMicrosoft Office and scheduling software

Pay Range: $55,000 to $60,000 annually
