Cruise Support Specialist

We are looking for a Cruise Support Specialist to help clients research, plan, and book cruise vacations and resort experiences. This role involves assisting clients with selecting cruise itineraries, accommodations, all-inclusive resorts, transportation, excursions, and other vacation activities. The Cruise Support Specialist provides recommendations, coordinates reservations, and supports clients throughout the travel planning process.

Responsibilities:

• Research and plan cruise and resort options for clients
• Book cruises, hotels, resorts, transportation, and vacation packages
• Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and needs
• Provide cruise, resort, and destination recommendations
• Research excursions, activities, and additional travel experiences
• Manage reservations and assist with travel changes when needed
