We are looking for a Cruise Planning Specialist to help clients research, plan, and book cruise vacations and resort experiences. This role involves assisting clients with selecting cruise itineraries, accommodations, all-inclusive resorts, transportation, excursions, and other vacation activities. The Cruise Planning Specialist provides recommendations, coordinates reservations, and supports clients throughout the travel planning process.
Responsibilities:
- Research and plan cruise and resort options for clients
- Book cruises, hotels, resorts, transportation, and vacation packages
- Communicate with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and needs
- Provide cruise, resort, and destination recommendations
- Research excursions, activities, and additional travel experiences
- Manage reservations and assist with travel changes when needed
