Essential Functions- Uses STOP sign, stops traffic and escorts or supervises children crossing streets at intersections- Maintains surveillance of children walking or playing near street and warns them when necessary- Reports accidents or unusual traffic incidents to school authorities or police- Assists children who are lost, injured or in need of assistance- Is aware of and enforces school safety standards at all times- Maintains satisfactory attendance, as defined in District policy and regulations Additional Functions- Other duties as assigned Qualifications - Must be 21 years of age Competencies- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
