Summary:
We are seeking a collaborative professional to assist in developing educational and training materials for the launch of a brand-new company-wide system. This role will work with an operational cross-functional team in the development of these materials to connect the Procurement/Sourcing, Legal and Compliance (policy) operations and processes with R&D and other business areas. You will help employees learn new ways of operating, new digital tools and adapt to smoother workflows. The role operates under a hybrid work
model, requiring a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:Cross-Functional Change Management- Draft and coordinate change management plans including creation, drafting and organizing materials to be used for process education and system training sessions.
- Map streamlined process workflows across Legal, Procurement, and Policy Operations, to support process and system changes, and develop training and educational materials to drive adoption across R&D and other business teams.
Training & System Enablement- Build clear education and training materials for new process and software tools.
- Create easy-to-use user guides, presentations, videos, and e-learning modules.
- Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, distributing invitations, and communicating session details to participants.
- Capture training outputs and developed comprehensive FAQs and knowledge-based documentation to support user adoption, knowledge retention, and ongoing operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills:- Experience: 4+ years in change management, training, or organizational development.
- Work Style: Proven ability to work independently from home and collaborate effectively on-site (Hybrid Role).
- Skills: Strong communication skills with an ability to unite cross-functional teams. Quick learner.
- Preferred Tools: Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) concepts, task orchestration and process automation preferred. Pharmaceutical experience is helpful but not required.
- Certifications: Prosci, ADKAR, or similar training credentials are a plus.
