    Description

    Tuff Shed is recruiting for a highly motivated Cross Dock Supervisor to contribute to the success of our Cross Dock location. This position offers the opportunity to make a real impact to the Company!The Cross Dock Supervisor (CD Supervisor) is responsible for the supervision of the cross dock location; this location reports to the general/district manager (gm/dm) within the market. s/he must ensure the cross dock operates in a safe, efficient and effective manner; producing quality products; maximizing customer satisfaction; minimizing job accidents and turnover; increasing store revenue and profitability.The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:Customer Service & Sales

    Conducts Site Checks as required, adhering to processes and proceduresProvides back-up coverage for the Cross Dock Sales & Design Consultant: answer phones, greet customers, collect customer leadsPerforms customer service duties: resolve warranty issuesObtain building permits from building department

    Operations
