Franklin Public Schools is seeking dedicated Cross Categorical Educational Assistants who will be a key partner in creating an inclusive environment for all learners. You will work alongside educators to ensure that students with diverse learning styles, communication styles and support needs have equitable access to their education.

Work of this role includes, but is not limited to:
- Partner 1 on 1 or in small groups to help students access the curriculum using individualized tools, accommodations and learning strategies.
- Help students develop self-advocacy skills, emotional regulation, and meaninful peer connections in a safe, supportive space.
- Work closely with General Education teachers, Special Education teacers, and therapists to implement individualized plans and celebrate student progress.
- Empower sutdents to build independence, honoring their unique voices, strengths and goals.
- Willing to be trained to perform medical procedures such as care for diabetic students, administration of epi-pens, and supporting tolieting needs.
