The Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist plays a key role in driving online growth by analyzing, testing, and optimizing our websites to improve conversion rates and enhance the overall customer journey. This role partners closely with digital marketing, ecommerce, and analytics teams to identify opportunities for improvement across landing pages, product pages, and checkout experiences. Through data analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, and user behavior insights, the CRO Specialist develops and implements strategies that reduce friction, increase engagement, and maximize the effectiveness of online marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of user experience and digital best practices. They are curious, data-driven, and proactive in identifying trends, testing new ideas, and delivering actionable insights that support measurable business growth across both Silencer Central and BANISH Suppressor websites.

  • Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve user experience and increase conversion rates across Silencer Central and BANISH Suppressor's websites.
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout processes for improved performance.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as bounce rate, conversion rate, average order value, and cart abandonment.
  • Map out the customer journey to identify pain points and areas of friction, developing strategies to optimize each step of the journey for higher conversions.
  • Work closely with the ecommerce, content, and marketing teams to ensure seamless experience and alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct user testing, surveys, and heatmap analysis to gather insights and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Keep an eye on industry trends and competitor websites to stay ahead of CRO best practices and introduce new strategies to improve Silencer Central and BANISH Suppressor's website performance.
  • Provide regular reports on the performance of conversion optimization efforts, with actionable insights to improve results.
