Job Position: CRO & Creative Testing Strategist

We are looking for an experienced CRO / Creative Testing Strategist to help us improve the conversion rates of websites for local service businesses in the US.

We manage websites across industries such as roofing, HVAC, landscaping, plumbing, cleaning, appliance repair, restoration, and other home services.

Your main responsibility will be to develop and test different visual and psychological angles for website images and creative.

For example, a hero image for a roofing company could show:

• A professional roofer performing the work - authority and trust
• A happy homeowner - satisfaction and positive outcome
• Visible roof damage - problem awareness
• A flooded or damaged home - urgency and fear of consequences
• A premium home and professional team - quality and status
• A practical, affordable-looking solution - value and accessibility

We want to build a structured testing system that identifies which angles work best based on:

• Industry
• Location and neighborhood
• Customer demographics
• Income level
• Customer intent
• Brand positioning

You will create creative angle matrices, develop concepts for AI-generated images, define A/B testing strategies, analyze results, and turn the learnings into a repeatable CRO system.

We are looking for someone who understands conversion optimization, consumer psychology, behavioral triggers, creative strategy, and experimentation.

This is not primarily a graphic design role. We are looking for someone who can explain why a specific visual concept should convert better than another and build a systematic process for discovering what works.
