We are expanding our Anesthesia Care Team
Join our team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). Excellent case mix including General, Urology, Ortho, Vascular, Thoracic, Neuro, Plastics, ENT, and Endo. Phoebe is a Level II Trauma Center headquartered in Albany, Georgia halfway between Atlanta and Florida''s Gulf Coast beaches.

19 O.R.s (1 hybrid), 2 dedicated O.B. O.R.s, 4 Endoscopy procedure rooms
Essential Responsibilities
- Administer intravenous, inhalation, and other anesthetic agents during surgical, obstetrical, and medical procedures.
- Conduct thorough pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations.
- Develop and implement anesthesia care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Prepare, test, and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies for assigned procedures.
- Monitor patients'' physiological status before, during, and after anesthesia administration.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
- Provide anesthesia services in all areas of the Anesthesia Department as needed.
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Adhere to hospital policies, professional standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support departmental quality, safety, and patient satisfaction initiatives.
- Provide direct patient care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.

Education Requirements
- 4 year / Bachelor''s Degree in Nursing (Required)
- Higher Degree in Anesthesia (Required)
Experience Requirements
- 1+ year Anesthesia Experience (Preferred)
- New graduates accepted
- Will consider students enrolled in an accredited program
Certifications and Licensures
- Required Certifications/Licensures: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA)
