About the Opportunity

Hawai'i Pacific Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time employed position to join our team on the island of Oahu.

What Youll Do

• Provide high-quality anesthesia care for obstetric patients, including labor analgesia and anesthesia for cesarean deliveries, in collaboration with anesthesiologists and the obstetric care team. • Perform and manage neuraxial techniques, epidural spinal, and combined spinal-epidural anesthesia, and administer general anesthesia when clinically indicated. • Participate in the care of high-risk obstetric patients, including those with medical comorbidities or pregnancy-related complications. • Respond to urgent and emergent obstetric anesthesia needs, supporting safe, timely care for mothers and newborns. • Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, obstetricians, nurses, and neonatal teams to ensure coordinated patient-centered care. • Practice within a team-based, collegial anesthesia care model that emphasizes safety, professionalism, and mutual respect. • Contribute to a culture of quality improvement, patient safety, and continuous learning within the department.

Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children

Kapi'olani Medical Center for Women & Children is Hawai'is only maternity, newborn, and pediatric specialty hospital. It is well recognized as Hawai'is leader in the care of women, infants, and children.

With 253 beds, the not-for-profit medical center delivers an average of 6,000 babies per year and is also a medical teaching and research facility.

Specialty services for patients throughout Hawaii and the Pacific region include:

• Intensive care for infants and children (24/7) • 24-hour emergency pediatric and adult care • Critical care • Air transport • High-risk perinatal care

Over 1,400 employees and more than 700 physicians provide specialty care at Kapi'olani.
