    What you'll do

    In this role, you'll provide anesthesia services and anesthesia-related care consistent with your clinical expertise and scope, including:

    • Administering anesthesia and providing anesthesia care in alignment with Oregon state statutes/regulations and facility policies
    • Practicing in accordance with applicable Medical Staff bylaws and credentialing/privileging requirements
    • Supporting safe, responsive patient care—especially in time-sensitive or unexpected situations
    • Maintaining reliable attendance and punctuality for assigned shifts

    Required qualifications

    • CRNA (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist)
    • Meets criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership and privileges (credentialing/privileging required)
    • Ability to communicate effectively (reading, writing, and speaking in person and by phone)

    Physical/clinical requirements (role demands)

    This position requires the ability to:

    • Stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently
    • Respond quickly and appropriately to unexpected patient care needs
    • Maintain adequate hearing and visual acuity (including color vision)
    • Use fine motor skills and strong eye-hand coordination
    • Assist patients with mobility/transfer using safe body mechanics
    • Follow standard precautions due to possible exposure to blood and bodily fluids
    • Periodically use a personal computer
