    Job Description
    CRNA Needed in Minnesota
    Start Date: February 9, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)
    Contract Length: ongoing (flexible; ongoing options available)
    Schedule: Monday–Thursday elective schedule (8‑ or 10‑hour shifts)
    • Fridays: emergent cases only (C‑sections + occasional additional case)
    • Call required — PM call and weekend call rotated among all providers
    • Weekend call: 24‑hour beeper call
    • Weeknight call: 8–12‑hour beeper call
    • Response time: 30 minutes
    Overtime available after scheduled shifts
    Case types include General Surgery, OB (including VBAC/TOLAC), ENT, Pediatrics, epidurals, TAP blocks, peripheral blocks.
    Responsibilities include full‑scope CRNA practice in both supervised and unsupervised settings, including obstetric anesthesia, epidurals, spinals, blocks, and general operative anesthesia.
    Support Structure:
    • Float role across two sites (20 minutes apart)
    • Owatonna: MD‑supervised model (1 MD onsite, not on call)
    • Faribault: Unsupervised model – strong independent CRNA skills required
    • CRNAs must be confident managing OB independently (VBAC/TOLAC experience required)
    • Call includes epidurals and TAP blocks
    • Pediatric experience required
    Practice Setting:
    Hybrid hospital environment across two community facilities
    • Supervised and unsupervised anesthesia delivery models
    • Adult + pediatric populations
    EMR: Epic
    Licensing:
    Minnesota license required (not willing to license)
    Credentialing: Fingerprint-based privileging must clear before start
    Travel & Housing:
    Malpractice insurance provided
    Travel, lodging, transportation support available per facility allowance
    Requirements:
    • Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
    • Active MN license
    • BLS & ACLS required
    • Minimum 1 year of experience
    • Experience with OB, VBAC/TOLAC, epidurals, blocks, and pediatrics required
    • EPIC charting experience required
