Join a high-acuity, collaborative anesthesia care team at a major regional referral center. This practice offers true autonomy, strong physician partnership, and the ability to maintain a full breadth of anesthesia skills in a collegial, team-based setting.

    Total Rewards
    Salary: Up to $277K base a year
    Sign on Incentive: $75K

    Case Assignment & Schedule
    • Schedule: Alternative Shift Structures Available: 26 on / 26 off; 3 on / 1 off 13 weeks off annually; 2 on / 1 off 17 weeks off annually
    • Neuro & complex spine, High-volume cardiac, Thoracic, ERAS pathways, Orthopedics & total joints, Vascular, Robotics, OB

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
    • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
    • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
    • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
    • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
    • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

    Requirements
    • Current license as a registered professional nurse
    • Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
    • Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

    Up to $277K base salary | Flexible, non-traditional schedules + additional call pay. $75K sign-on bonus + tuition assistance.
